About Us

     Avalon Information Services, LLC (Avalon124) is the premier source of Audio Visual, Concert, Convention, Trade Show and Event Labor in Western Washington.  We are members of the Seattle Convention & Visitor Bureau (Visit Seattle) as well as the Tacoma Regional Convention & Visitor Bureau (TRC&VB).  Avalon, LLC is the over hire labor supplier to the in-house AV contractors at the Seattle and Tacoma Convention Centers.  We also service several Local and National companies including Amazon, Seattle Art Museum, Encore (formerly PSAV), LMG, and Facebook.

   We can provide labor support to any sized event that your company puts on in the Greater Seattle-Tacoma Area.  We have over 300 certified AV Technicians, Projectionists, Cameramen, PowerPoint Operators, Lighting & Sound Operators, Stagehands, Riggers, Truck Loaders, etc.  The majority of our employees are 10 to 30 year veterans in their crafts.  The others are a collection of the best-qualified individuals we have worked with over the last 20 years here in Seattle.  Our employees are extremely motivated professionals who receive Medical/Dental benefits as well as Pension Contributions.

  We offer the versatility of either Hourly or Day rates to meet the unique needs of your production budget.  Our terms and conditions are very easy and most compatible with the circumstances of typical Business Meetings, Conventions and Trade Shows.  Our rates and conditions are very competitive with this market.  We can estimate, crew and invoice events within 24 - 72 hours depending on the size of the show.   No event is too large or too small for us to handle.  “We’ve got you covered”.

   Our rates, terms and conditions are a logical alternative to some of the other Labor providers in this area. We provide quality personnel and service with a smile.  We do allow clients to hand pick employees from our list at no additional charge.  We offer a discount to both SC&VB and TRC&VB members.  All of our overhead fees are included in the Rate Schedules, i.e. Payroll, Pension, Medical/Dental, FICA, Medicare, Washington State Unemployment, FUTA, L&I (Workman’s Comp), Liability insurance and a Fidelity Bond.
